Kathmandu Valley: Rs. Free Delivery For Mobile & Gadgets.

                                    (Will Be Charged As per location For Large Electronic Product)

Other Cities: Will Be Charged As per location

We deliver our product in Nepal only.

Delivery Charge Refund :

If the refund is initiated due to “no longer needed” &  “change of mind” -then the shipping charge will not be refunded 

If the refund is initiated due to wrong/defective/damaged/quality issue then the shipping charge will be refunded

Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to

bad weather
flight delays
political disruptions
other unforeseen circumstances
Returns, refunds, and replacements

You are liable to get your money refunded or product exchange in case of the following scenarios:

We can accept returns/exchange for damaged or defective goods only, and these returns must be made within 2 days of your receipt of the product.

 Cancellation by the Company

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If your order is canceled after your payment or our bank account is deposited, the said amount will be reversed back in your Bank Account.

 Return cycle & Pickup

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of product return cycle and for damaged/defective products the return the request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. After the return request is accepted, the product is picked within 3 days after the return request is accepted for inside valley. For outside valley, the period may extend to 7 days. After the item has been picked up Nikunjmart will quality check the product and based on outcome will be processed for a refund or notifying the customer on any issue encountered. 

 Note: For outside valley returns, the customer needs to drop the product at the Courier pickup location.
